摘　　要：目前中国正处于全面建设小康社会的新时期,实现“中部崛起”是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。但是目前中部经济出现GDP增长的减速和“塌陷”的突出矛盾,这已经严重影响了整个中国经济的进一步发展。针对中部的比较优势和缺失因素,应大力发展农业产业化,加快县域经济发展,依靠国家政策,走新型工业化道路。At region rise is that are the present, we are in a new stage to establish a well-off society in full scale. Realizing central internal demand to establish a overall well-off society, But presently there are contradictions growth of the GDP slows down and central region sinking, which has been obstructing our economical development seriously. Aimed at the comparative advantages and barriers of central region rise, we should develop the rural industrialization, accelerate the development of the county economy and run the new industrialization pushed by the nation policy.
