摘  要:在0.5mol·L^-1盐酸介质中,La(Ⅲ)-(DBC-偶氮氯膦)所形成的络合物可吸附到201×7型苯乙烯阴离子树脂上。该固相显色体系最大吸收波长位于650nm,镧的表观摩尔吸光系数为ε650=2.08×10^5L·mol^-1.cm^-1。该固相分光光度法测定镧灵敏度为La(Ⅲ)-(DBC-偶氮氯膦)液相分光光度法灵敏度的2.31倍。镧在0~0.44μg·ml^-1范围内遵守比尔定律。考察了26种共存离子对测定镧的影响。本研究所建立的方法已成功地用于分子筛中镧的测定,结果满意。In the medium of 0.5 mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid, the complex formed by lanthanum(Ⅲ)-(DBC-chlorophosphonazo) can be adsorbed on 201×7 type benzenevinyl anion resin. The maximum absorption wavelength of the solid phase color system locates at 650 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of ε650nm=2.08×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 for lanthanum. The sensitivity of the solid phase spectrophotometry for the determination of lanthanum is 2.31 times of the sensitivity of the lanthanum(Ⅲ)-(DBC-chlorophosphonazo) liquid phase spectrophotometry. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0-0.44μg·ml^-1 of lanthanum. The effects of twenty-six coexisting ions on the determination of lanthanum were examined. The developed method has been successfully applied to the determination of lanthanum in molecular sieves with satisfactory results.
