摘  要:目的观察小鼠附植前胚在子宫内的迁移能力。方法将CD-1小鼠受精卵、2-细胞胚、桑椹胚、囊胚、四倍体胚、孤雌活化胚等6种胚共1 042枚单侧(右侧)移植CD-1假孕母鼠的输卵管或者子宫,观察移植胚在两侧子宫角内的附植情况。结果共得到45只妊娠鼠,在这45只鼠的右侧子宫角都有不同数目的着床胚,而仅在6只鼠的左侧子宫角发现了6枚着床胚。结论小鼠胚在子宫内的迁移能力非常有限,单侧移植的多个胚很少的机率迁移到另一侧子宫角内着床,不能进行胚均匀分布。Objective To study the migration capability of mouse preimplantation embryos in uteri. Methods Total 1 045 embryos from CD-1 mouse including fertilized oocytes, 2-cell embryos, morula, blastocysts, tetraploid embryos and parthenogenetic embryos were transferred unilaterally (right uterus or oviduct) into pseudopregnant CD-1 recipient females. Results Forty-five pregnant recipients were obtained. Among 45 recipients, implanted embryos, the scope from 5 to 20, were found at right uterine horn in each pregnant recipient, but only 6 implanted embryos in left uterine horn of 6 pregnant recipients. Conclusion Mouse preimplantion embryos barely migrate and move in between two uterine horus, embryos transferred unilaterally also can not implante equaly in left and right uterine horus.
