摘  要:采用ANSYS有限元软件对空心管异相位电磁连铸中电磁场、力场的分布进行了模拟.结果表明:异相位磁场作用下, 铸管中磁感应强度高且分布均匀;壁厚中部的金属熔体受到沿径向的电磁推力,向外结晶器方向流动;石墨环附近的金属熔体和初凝壳受到电磁斥力的作用,可以避免“抱芯”,减少摩擦,抑制了偏析瘤的形成,进而提高了铸管表面质量.Numerical simulations of electromagnetic field and force field during electromagnetic continuous casting in hollow billets are carried out by ANSYS software. The simulation results show that the magnetic flux density is strong and its distribution is even in tube ingot in out-phase electromagnetic field; Metal melt in the central section of the wall flows toward the outer mold due to the electromagnetic force; Metal melt and initially solidified shell near graphite were pushed by the electromagnetic force, which can avoid " hold core ", decrease friction, restrain segregation burl, and increase surface quality.
