摘　　要：根据网络化制造应用服务提供商(ASP)平台的特点,给出了基于ASP平台的项目协同管理系统的体系结构模型,提出了基于ASP平台的项目协同机制、项目协同决策及基于ASP平台的项目计划与控制等关键技术.In the paper, according to the characteristics of the Networked Manufacturing ASP Platform, the system structure model of cooperative project management system based on the Networked Manufacturing ASP Platform is presented. The paper proposes and studies the key techniques which include mechanism of cooperative project management, technique of collaborative project decision-making and the methodologies of project planning and schedule controlling performing on the ASP Platform.
