女性痤疮患者卵泡期血清六项性激素水平的测定

摘　　要：目的探讨女性寻常痤疮患者体内性激素水平的改变。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法对30例青春期女性痤疮患者及20例迟发性女性痤疮患者卵泡期血清六项性激素水平进行检测,并分别与相应年龄段的正常女性各15人作对照。结果女性青春期痤疮患者血清雌二醇水平明显低于同龄正常对照组(P<0.05);睾酮/雌二醇比值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);促卵泡素明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);女性迟发性痤疮患者血清睾酮水平较相应年龄的正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论青春期女性痤疮发病的主要原因可能是由于雌激素分泌不足,使血清内睾酮水平相对增多所致。女性迟发性痤疮发病的主要原因则可能与雄激素分泌增多有关。Objective To investigate the levels of serum sex hormones changes in female patients with acne vulgaris. Methods The serum levels of luteinizing hormone （ LH ）, follicle - stimulating hormone （ FSH ） , estradion2 （ E2 ） , testosterone （T） , progesterone （P） and prolactin （PRL） in the follicular phase of the menstatal cycle were measured wifh Electro - chemiluminescence immunoassay（ECLI） in 30 adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris and 20 late -onset female patients with ache vulgaris, 15 cases healthy adolescent female subjects and 15 cases healthy post adolescent female subjects over the age of 25 years old were selected as controls. Results The serum levels of E2 of the adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris were significantly lower than that of normal controls（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the serum FSH levels of the adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris were significantly higher than that of normal controls（ p 〈 0. 05 ）. The ratio of T/E2 was significantly higher in the adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris than that of the controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The serum T levels of the late - onset female patients with acne were significantly higher than that of the normal controls （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The study indicates that the level of serum E2 is declined in adolescent female patients with acne vulgaris. The level of serum T is increased in female patients with late -onset acne vulgaris.
