摘　　要：探索转型时期我国直接融资的功效具有非常重要的意义。虽然直接融资市场还很不完善,但直接融资效率还是高于间接融资,直接融资与固定资产投资比率的提高对经济有着积极的作用,且其积极作用越来越明显。Exploring the efficacy of direct financing of our country in the transformation period is of great significance. Although direct financing market is not perfect, it is discovered that the efficiency of direct financing is higher than that of indirect financing, the improvement of the ratio between direct financing and the amount of investment in fixed - assets plays an active role in economic development, and the active role is becoming more and more obvious.
