摘　　要：目的:在原有防风HPLC含量测定方法基础上改进测定条件。方法:应用HPLC法,以防风中4种主要成分为指标;采用Alltima C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:运用梯度洗脱,建立防风中防风色原酮Ⅰ葡萄糖苷,防风色原酮Ⅱ葡萄糖苷,防风色原酮Ⅰ,防风色原酮Ⅲ葡萄糖苷的HPLC含量测定方法,与前方法相比测定结果无显著性差异。结论:HPLC梯度洗脱法测定防风中4种主要成分含量比原方法(两种流动相系统)简便、易于操作。Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determination of components in root of Saposhnikovia divaricata. Method： The separation of four components was achieved on a reversed-phase Alhima C18 column with MeOH-H2O gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. Reset： Six samples were detenninod and there is no distinct difference between the contents determined by the new and old methods. Conclusion： The new method is more simple and convenient than the old method.
