摘  要:目的:建立一种流动注射化学发光快速测定青霉素钠的新方法。方法:在酸性介质中,桑色素与高锰酸钾反应产生强的化学发光,青霉素钠在稀硫酸溶液中降解后,其降解物对该体系的化学发光具有显著的抑制作用,据此建立了利用桑色素-高锰酸钾化学发光体系测定青霉素钠的新方法。结果:化学发光信号的降低值ΔI 与青霉素钠的质量浓度在20.0~100.0mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9993,方法的检出限为3.8mg·L^(-1),绝对发光强度值的 RSD(n=11,C=50.0mg·L^(-1))为0.9%,回收率在98.9%~101.0%之间。结论:用本法对不同产地、不同批号的注射用青霉素钠含量的测定结果,符合中国药典方法的要求。Objective :To establish a simple and novel method for the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium in pharmaceutical preparations. Method: A novel chemiluminescence (CL) method with flow injection was development for the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium with the morin - potassium permanganate system in sulfuric acid medium. It was based on the significant decreasing of CL intensity of the system by hydrolysate of benzylpenicillin sodium in the acidic medium. Results: The proposed procedure allows quantitation of benzylpenicillin sodium in the range 20. 0 -100. 0 mg· L^-1 with correlation coefficients 0. 9993 (n =6). The detection limit was 3.8 mg · L^-1 and RSD was 0. 9% (n = 11 ) at 50. 0 mg · L^-1 benzylpenicillin sodium. The benzylpenicillin sodium in injections was measured with fine recoveries ranging from 98.9% to 101, 0%, Conclusion :This method has been applied to the determination of benzylpenicillin sodium in injections. The results agree well with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia method.
