摘 要:目的:建立芳樟醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱外标法,以聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M 和硅酮(OV-17)为固定液的混合柱,柱温为100℃,测定岗松油中芳樟醇的含量。结果:芳樟醇在6.97~34.86μg范围内呈线性关系,低、中、高浓度的平均回收率分别为100.0%,102.1%,105.2%;RSD 分别为3.1%,2.0%,3.7%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性、回收率好,可作为岗松油中芳樟醇的质量控制方法。Objective:To develop a reliable method for determination of linalool in essential oil from Baeckeafrutescens L. by GC. Method: The external standard method was adopted for determine linalool content in essential oil from Baeckea frutescens I,. Chromatographic assay was performed on a column coated with PEG- 20M and OV -17 mixed stationary phase,the column temperature was 100 ℃. Result: The standard curve was linear in a range of 6. 97-34. 86 μg linalool. The average recovery of assiaticoside were 100.0% ,102. 1% and 105.2% respectively with corresponding RSD of 3. 1% ,2. 0% and 3.7% ( n = 3 ). Conclusion:The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used to determine linalool of in essential oil from Baeckea frutescens L.
