摘　　要：目的 探讨老年女性尿失禁患者的心理健康状况，提出护理干预方法。方法 采用SCL-90、SAS、SDS及自编一般资料，对38例老年女性尿失禁患者进行心理健康自评调查。结果 38例患者的总分、阳性项目数及躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖和精神病性等因子评分均明显高于常模组（P〈0．05～0．01），研究组与国内常模组SDS、SAS评分结果比较．统计学也有显著性差异。结论 老年女性尿失禁患者存在着明显的心理障碍。应引起重视．并对其进行护理干预。加强对她们的心理疏通，可以提高疾病的预防效果。Objective To probe into the mental health situation of elder women of urine incontinence, and raise the nursing disturbance methods. Methods 38 cases have been do mental health self-investigation using SCL-90, SAS, SDS and some self-edit data. Results The total positive items and bodylize , relation, blahs, angst, antagonize, consternation and psychology et al in 38 eases are higher than normal control （ P 〈 0. 05 - 0.01 ） , the compare of SDS, SAS in the patient group with normal group had significant difference statistically. Conclusion Elder women of urine incontinence have evident mental obstacle, which should be pay attention to , and do nursing disturbance. To strength their mental work can increase diseases＇ preventive effeet.
