摘 要:采用化学镀法制备了负载型N iB/MgO非晶态合金催化剂,改变了诱导金属Ag的负载量和镀液中KBH4的含量。通过XRD、ICP、HRTEM等测试技术考察了Ag负载量和KBH4对催化剂的物理性质以及环丁烯砜加氢催化活性的影响。通过XRD和SAED确认了N iB/MgO的非晶态结构。ICP结果证明,提高Ag的负载量能够提高N iB负载量,进而提高催化剂的活性;镀液中KBH4含量的改变并未改变非晶态合金N iB的组成但影响活性组分的负载量。The supported NiB/MgO amorphous alloy catalyst was prepared by powder electroless plating and applied in the catalytic hydrogenation of sulfolene to sulfolane. The XRD, ICP, HRTEM were used to characterize the as-prepared samples, the Ag loading and amount of KBH4 in the plating solution were changed to optimize the preparation of NiB/MgO catalyst. The characterizations of XRD and SAED revealed the amorphous structure of the sample, and the results of ICP showed that the load of Ag could improve the Ni loading, resulting in enhancing the catalytic activity. Moreover, the different amounts of KBH4 in the plating solution could not change the composition of NiB/MgO but has an affect on the load of NiB.
