摘  要:利用200GY的60COΓ射线诱变处理干种子,从主栽玉米杂交种农大108的双亲黄C和X178中分别筛选了4个和2个高无机磷、低植酸含量突变体。以株系计突变频率分别为8.04×10-4和10.48×10-4。与野生型相比,6个突变体HL-PA1、HL-PA2、HL-PA3、HL-PA4、XL-PA1、XL-PA2的TP含量基本未变,PAP分别下降了79.09%,66.06%,47.58%,43.94%,70.00%,48.28%,IP分别增加了11.22,9.91,7.04,6.43,6.43,4.33倍。Four and two mutants with high inorganic phosphorus(IP) and low phytic acid (LP) content were identified from ' Huang C' and ' X1 78', the parents of the leading commercial hybrid maize cultivar' Nongda 108', when the dry seeds were irradiated by 200Gy Cobalt-60 gamma rays. The muhation frequencies for 'Huang C' and 'X178' in panical basis were 8.0g × 10^-4 and 10.48 × 10^-4, respectively. Compared to the wild type, the contents of total phosphorus (TP) were basically unchanged, phytic acid phosphours (PAP) were detected with 79.09%, 66.06%, 47.58%, 43.94%, 70.00%, 48.28% decreases, and IP with i i .22,9.91,7.04,6.43,6.43,4.33 times increases in six mutants, H-lpal, H-lpa2, H-lpa3, H-lpa4, X-lpa 1, X-lpa2, respectively.
