摘　　要：公文交换是电子政务中的一个重要应用,本文阐述了一个符合FIPA规范的使用JADE框架的多Agent电子政务公文交换系统的设计。具体介绍了其组织结构、系统框架,目录服务的实现以及Agent间通信协作所使用的本体和交互协议。Document exchange is an important application in the e-Government. This article introduces a FIPA compatible Multi Agent based electronic document exchange system using JADE. The article discusses it＇s physical structure, logical framework, implement of directory facilitator,ontology and interaction protocol which is used when an agent communicate and cooperate with another.
