摘　　要：文中在分析山西水资源开发利用现状基础上,提出了有计划地退耕还林还草、采用蓄水保墒技术、推广节水灌溉技术和应用化学节水技术等农业节水对策,以实现水资源可持续利用和农业可持续发展。On the basis of analyzing present situation of developing and utilizing water resources of Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward a set of agriculture water-saving countermeasures such as： withdrawing farmland for afforestation in accordance with plan, adopting technique of protecting soil moisture by storing rain water, popularizing water-saving technique, utilizing chemical water-saving technique to realize sustainable utilization of water resources and sustainable development of agriculture.
