摘　　要：通过对某泵站合同执行过程中价格指数调差的论述,分析了价格指数法在大中型水利工程招投标阶段和合同执行过程中的重要性,对今后的水利工程招投标提出了一些建议和看法。By narrating regulation of project cost which had happened in the process to implement construction contract in a pumping station project, the importance to apply price index method is analyzed in the period of bidding and implementing construction contract of large and medium scale hydraulic project, some suggests and views about bid of hydraulic project in future are put forward.
