双护盾掘进机六边形管片衬砌性能评价

摘  要:山西万家寨引黄工程8条总长125.84km的引水隧洞中,122.31km采用了双护盾掘进机,六边形管片衬砌,取得了速度快、造价低的明显效果。但要求的部分质量指标难以实现,松散、软弱岩层中管片的错位与开裂,引起人们对其安全性能、防渗效果及耐久性的担心。引黄工程的运行实践表明,只要在施工过程中严格要求,在掘进机通过后进行有效的缺陷处理,该类型衬砌的安全与防渗功能可以满足要求。在一定洞径范围内,对于以相对稳定岩层为主的隧洞,从工期、造价等因素综合考虑,不失为一个可行方案。在使用过程中,应不断进行检修维护,保证长期稳定运行。The total length of 8 tunnels of Wanjiazhai YRDP is 125.84 km, including 122.31 km constructed by double shield tunnel boring machine (TBM)and lining of hexagonal segment. By means of adopting these techniques the obvious effects such as high speed of construction and low cost of project are achieved. But it is difficult to accomplish some partial quality index of construction, crack and trasloction of segment usually appear in soft weak rock stratum. All of these bring about the relative people's anxiety on its safety performance, antl-seepage effect and durability. However the running practice of YRDP indicates, the safety and anti-seepage performance of this kind of lining can meet the demand if only the construction control is strict and the effective dealing of defect timely proceeds after TBM has passed. In certain scope of tunnel diameter, for this kind of tunnel the main rock stratum of which is stable, comprehesive consideration from construction period, cost of project and other factors shows that plan of lining is feasible. In running process, maintenance must proceed usually to ensure stable running in long time.
