提高TBM施工隧洞中的六边形管片衬砌质量

摘　　要：六边形管片衬砌是可以在TBM高速掘进中实现快速隧洞衬砌的一种隧洞衬砌方式,但这种衬砌方式也存在一定的不足:精确而敏感,不适宜于软弱围岩,弯洞段误差大,止水质量不易保证,回填垫层需要重复灌浆等。本文根据引黄工程的实践经验针对这些不足提出了避免和修复措施,旨在为国内目前越来越多采用这种衬砌方式的引水工程和同行提供参考。The lining with hexagonal segment is a kind of tunnel mode that can be used in tunnel of high-speed excavation with TBM to realize high-speed lining of tunnel. But this kind of lining mode exists some deficiencies. It is accuracy but sensitivity and is not fit for soft adjoining rock, makes obvious errors in bend tunnel, and the water seal quality can＇t be ensured, the backfill bedding need grouting repeatly. According to the practical experience of YRDP and aiming at the previous deficiencies this paper puts forward some preventive and repair measures, so as to provide the reference for other projects and persons.
