益气止血汤治疗功血60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气止血汤治疗功血的疗效。方法 对60例功血患者口服益气止血汤，观察止血疗效、临床症状改善情况及实验室指标的变化。结果 益气止血汤治疗功血疗效总有效率为86．67％，且治疗前后在临床症状及实验室指标方面比较差异有显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 益气止血汤时功血出血期有良好的止血作用，并能显著改善伴随症状。Objective To explore the curative effect of Yiqizhixue Decoction on Functional Uterine Blooding （FUB）. Methods We collected 60 patients with FUB who take Yiqizhixue Decoction orally, then we observed the effect of hematischesis, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of lab indexes. Results The effective power is 86. 67% and there are significant differences when comparing the clinic symptoms and lab indexes before and after treat with Yiqizhixue Decoction respectively. Conclusion Yiqizhixue Decoction have a good effect of hematischesis for the bleeding stage of FUB and improve the symptoms,
