中医药治疗腹部手术后腹胀的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药治疗腹部手术后腹胀的疗效及护理。方法运用中医药结合康复护理治疗腹部手术后腹胀患者，观察64例腹胀患者的治疗效果。结果64例腹胀患者术后48小时内肛门排气或排便者，以及腹胀腹痛消失者明显多于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论中医药治疗及护理疗法能很好地缓解腹胀，降低术后并发症，早期恢复消化道功能。Objective Discuss the curative effect and nursing of treating abdominal swelling after abdominal opertheion by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Use traditional Chinese medicine, combined with healing, to treat abdominal swelling＇s patients, after abdominal operation. Then observe the treatment effect of the 64 cases of abdominal swelling＇s patients. Results The amount of the 64 cases of abdominal swellings patients,who defecate of fart and whose abdominal swelling and bellyache desappear in postoperative 48 hours,is obviously more than the amount of compare group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing therapy can by used well to alleviate abdominal swelling,reduce postoperative complication ,resume the function of alimentary canal in early stage.
