摘 要:根据电控设备是组合、配套产品,种类繁多,使用条件多变等特点,本文提出电控设备按产品的组合层次设置相应的可靠性指标,并以评价单机为主。其评估方法主要采用现场测试的方法。初步实践表明,所提出的可靠性指标及其相应的测试方法是符合当前条件、切实可行的。它对于今后电控行业进行可靠性水平摸底考核以及进一步推进可靠性工作具有重要的参考价值。According to the characteristics of Electric-Control equipment-combined and complete set,various categories,changeable working conditions ,this paper suggests to establish a reliability index system corresponding to different combination levels of products,emphasizes on evaluating single electric-control equipment and adopting ground-testing method. Through practice on worksite,it has been evidenced that the reliability index and its corresponding test method which have important referential value for the development as well as improvement work in the field of electric-control are practical,effective and in correspondence with national conditions.
