摘　　要：去皮操作是进行综合热重分析中的重要步骤,是进行后继操作的基础。文章提出了一种新的数字化算法实现综合热重分析仪中的去皮操作,采用三级调整,一级粗调使系统快速定位去皮零点附近工作区,二级粗调在零点附近工作区快速逼近去皮零点,三级细调在前面基础上进行高精度微调。该算法去皮速度快,时间可预测,并保证去皮结果的高精度性。This paper presents a new digital three-level algorithm and its circuit realization for QuPi operation in Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer,which improves the time-cost greatly but keeps the precision.The first level is to roughly adjust the balance input into the area around zero point; the second level is to adjust less roughly and a little more exactly the system on the basis of level one; the third level is to adjust the system accurately on the basis of level two.This algorithm owns the advantages of adjusting fast,time divinable and keeping the precision.
