摘  要:采用粘红酵母静息细胞将7-ACA转化为7-ADAC。发酵72h后收集菌体,在底物浓度为6%的pH8.25硼酸盐缓冲液中反应,温度25℃,底物1h内转化完全。分离提取后获得纯度98%的7-ADAC,总收率为88%。7-Aminodeacetylcephalosporanic acid (7-ADAC) was prepared from 7-aminocephalosporanic acid (7- ACA) by biotransformation using resting cell of Rhodotorula glutinis. The cells which had been incubated for 72h were added in borate buffer solution (pH 8.25) containing 6% 7-ACA. The reaction was carried out at 25℃ and completed within lh. The purity of the product reached to 98% with an overall yield of 88%.
