摘 要:本实验与丹参进行对比研究云南产鼠尾草属药物褐毛甘西鼠尾对急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。采用结扎大鼠冠脉左前降支方法造成心肌缺血再灌注模型,测定再灌注60 min后血清中CK、LDH、SOD、GSH-Px和MDA含量。实验结果显示:该药可以显著降低心肌缺血再灌注后血清CK、LDH和MDA含量,升高血清SOD和GSH-Px活力(P<0.01,P<0.05)。表明褐毛甘西鼠尾对在体缺血/再灌注心肌有保护作用。The article studied the cardio-protection of SPM( Salvia przewalsk Maxim var mandarinorum stib. ), an traditional Chinese herbal drug, native in Ytuman, China, during acute myocardial ischemia/repeffusion in rats, compared with that of SM (Salvia miltiorhhiza Bunge)in vivo.The model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats was employed by ligating the artery of left anterior descending(LAD) for 30 min and following repeffusion for 60 rain. After that, the concentrations of CK, LDH,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA in rats' serum were tested. At the doseage of 4 g/kg, SPM can decrease the concentration of CK,LDH and MDA,and can heighten the concentration of SOD and GSH-Px (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05) as SM can. The results suggested that the herbal drug, SPM, has the cardio-protective effects during acute myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in rat in vivo,just as SM has.
