摘  要:通过响应面分析法对山楂中总黄酮的提取工艺进行优化。利用响应面实验设计考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、液固比四因素对总黄酮提取率的影响。用自编MATLAB程序对实验数据进行二次响应面分析。得出山楂总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度66%、提取温度83℃、提取时间2 h、固液比19∶1,提取率为74.72%,与模型预测值基本相符。Response Surface Method(RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction condition of hawthorn flavonoids. The influence factors of concentration of alcohol, extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of liquid to solid were evaluated using a fractional factorial design. The experimental data were disposed by liSA of self-made MATLAB program. The optimum extraction conditions were confirmed as follows: concentration of alcohol 66%, extraction temperature 83℃, extraction time 2 h, ratio of liquid to solid 19:1. The extraction rate of flavonoids under tiffs condition was 74,72 %. The experimental values agreed with the predicted values.
