摘  要:该文介绍引进型300MW机组锅炉、再热器系统经改进,减少再热蒸汽流量偏差和温度偏差的实炉试验结果。经过改进,末级再热器热偏差系数由原来的1.23减少到1.15,再热蒸汽温度最高值与最低值差由原来的67℃减少到35.4℃,提高了锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性。Abstract The paper describes the test results of improvement effects on a licensed 300MW set's boiler and its reheater for the purpose of diminishing reheater's mass flow and temperature deviations. The deviation coefficient in the last stage reheater dropped from the original 1 .23 to 1 .15 after improvement, and the difference between the maximum and minimum reheating temperature dropped from 67℃to 35.4℃, herewith increasing the boiler's operational safety and reliability.
