吻合器在治疗直肠内脱垂中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器治疗直肠内脱垂的适应症、方法、疗效及安全性和实用性，经肛用33mm吻合器环状切除直肠黏膜术治疗直肠内脱垂46例，手术时间平均10min，术后住院时间2～5d。术后症状消失，效果满意。结果表明，吻合器治疗直肠内脱垂具有安全有效、患者痛苦少、住院时间短、并发症少等优点。In order to evaluate the effectiveness safety and incations,method,effects of the new technique using circular stapler in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse. A PPH was performed using 33mm circular stapler to treat 46 patients. The mean operating time took 10min and hospital stay-time was 2-5 days after operation. Every patient was satisfied with the curative results, and the symptoms had disappeared after operation. It is suggested that treating internal rectal prolapse with circular stapler is a safe procedure with good results, less complication, slighter pain, and shorter stay-time in hospital.
