摘　　要：针对《蒸汽锅炉安全技术监察规程》第43条规定,不同厚度钢板对接中心有偏差时,对强度的影响进行了公式推导,当边缘偏差超标厚板削薄时,用光弹性方法测试了各种斜率下的应力集中系数,锅炉属于低周疲劳问题,对应力集中敏感,建议从工艺上特别注意如何减少应力集中。According to the 43rd stipulation of ' the Safety Technique Supervisory Regulations for the Stream Boiler',when existing deriation in the center of butt joint of different thickness plate,a formula effected on strength was derived in this paper. When the edge deviation exceed standard and cut thick plate into thin section, stress concentration coefficients in the condition of various slope were measured hy the photo-elastical method. The boiler belongs to low frequency fatigue and is sensitive to stress concentration. It should be especially paid attention to how to reduce the stress concentration in technology.
