摘 要:目的 探讨高频超声显像在小儿肠套叠中的意义。方法 采用低频及高频超声显像对临床可疑肠套叠患者进行检查,测量大肠或小肠套叠的外径及长度。结果169例小儿大肠套叠,低频B超确诊38例,套叠肠段外径29-42mm(均值35mm),长度65.81mm(均值75mm);高频B超确诊131例,套叠肠段最大外径39mm(均值33.3mm),最大长度72mm(均值71.5mm)。11例小肠套叠。低频B超确诊1例,套叠肠段外径26mm,长度51mm;高频B超确诊10例,套叠肠段最大外径19mm(均值16.6mm),最大长度40mm(均值23.4mm)。结论 高频超声显像比低频超声对诊断肠套叠的确诊有明显提高。Objective To discuss the clinic value of high frequency ultrasound to diagnose children intestines intussusception.Methods All patients with cilinically suspected intestine intussusception were examinated high frequency ultrasound imaging, and the outside diameter and length of intussusception were determined. Results 38 of 169 large intestine cases were definitely diagnosed with low-frequency uhrasound imaging. The outside diameter of intussusception in 38 were 29-42mm(mean 35mm), and the lenth 65-81mm(mean 75mm). In 131 cases diagnosed with high-frequency ultrasound imaging, the maximum outside 39mm(mean 33.3mm), the maximum lenth 72mm(mean 71.5mm). In 1 of 11 enteric intussusception cases diagnosed by low frequency ultrasound imaging , The outside diameter 26mm,and the lenth 51mm. In 10 enteric intussusception cases diagnosed by high frequency ultrasound imaging , the maximum outside 19mm(mean 16.6mm), the maximum lenth 40mm(mean 23.4 mm). Conclusions High frequency ultrasound imaging may more significantly increase detection rate of intestine intussusception than low-frequency ultrasound imaging.
