摘　　要：我国政府对教育资金投入的不足,国民对高等教育的需求,以及国民经济持续、快速发展对人力资源的需求等,都为我国民办高等教育的发展提供了广阔的空间。Through the discussion of the continuous and rapid development of China＇s national economy, the national demand for higher education and the successful practice in some other countries in the light of the actual conditions in China, the thesis demonstrates the great potential for development of the private institutions of higher education in China.
