摘 要:某电厂主厂房基础采用609×12的钢管桩,桩长约70m,总桩数6000多根,根据工程要求,布置在主厂房外侧距外排桩约21m、长120m的4根3.0m压力钢管的埋设必须与主厂房区域桩基同步施工。本文针对该工程的情况,就大规模打桩挤土对压力钢管的影响进行了评估,并提出应对方案,该方案经工程实践考验得到验证,可供今后类似工程参考和借鉴。The main block pile foundation of the power plant had been driving number more thany 6000 steelpipe piles withφ609 x 12, length about 70m. Based on the arrangement of the project, the 4 x φ3.0m water steel pipes length 120m should be buried lateral nearside of the main block before pile driving, The distance is about 21m between the steel pipe piles and the water steel pipes. It is means the burying construction of the huge size pipes should be sync with pile driving at such as close quarters. This article gives the influence on the huge pipes and protection measure during pile driving. The method was validated during the project fulfilled and it will be used for reference.
