摘　　要：经济法所固有的社会经济利益本位的属性与科学发展观的理念具有共同的基点。科学发展观在经济法秩序中的实现途径应借助于经济法制的实现,而经济法实施是经济法制实现的关键和保障。在经济法实施中,有必要将检察机关作为一个重要主体加以研究。经济诉讼是经济法效力的保障,是经济法实施的重要前提。The inherent attribution of the economic law of social economic interest standard has the common basic point with the scientific conception of development. Access to the scientific conception of development in the order of economic law is in virtue of the realization of economic legal system, while the implementation of the economic law is the hinge and guarantees to actualize such legal system, In process of the implementation of the economic law, the procuratcrial organ should be studied as one of the important bodies , Economic litigation safeguards the force of the economic law and is important precondition of the implementation of the economic law.
