摘　　要：承接文献[1]所推导的非线性器件规范的分段线性化模型，本文在此基础上将其进一步推广。根据宏模型的特点，建立任一非线性集成电路分段线性化宏模型．其特点是在一定精度范围内，其端口特性和原子网络的端口特性相同或近似相同．Continuing from the canonical piecewise-linear model on nonlinear devices deduced in the literature[1],it is furthar extended on the bases in this paper. By the characteristics of macro-model, the canonical piecewise-Linear macro-model on any nonlinear IC was established. Its feature is the characteristics of interminais and atomic network are identical or similar in certain precision range
