抵当口服液、镇肝息风汤、星蒌承气汤对脑出血模型大鼠转铁蛋白、转铁蛋白受体的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨攻下逐瘀法、镇肝息风法、化痰通腑法治疗脑出血的免疫分子基础。方法采用Nath改良法建立大鼠脑出血模型,以抵当口服液、镇肝息风汤、星蒌承气汤进行干预;采用湿重-干重法测定脑组织含水量,采用免疫组织化学方法测定转铁蛋白(Tf)、转铁蛋白受体(Tf-R)。结果模型组脑组织含水量、Tf、Tf-R阳性细胞的表达较空白对照组升高;各用药组脑组织含水量均较模型组降低。各用药组在手术后24h脑组织Tf阳性细胞的表达均较模型组升高,48h与72h抵当口服液组脑组织Tf阳性细胞的表达均较模型组升高。各用药组手术后48h与72h脑组织中Tf-R阳性细胞的表达均较模型组高。结论抵当口服液促进Tf、Tf-R的表达可能是其消除炎症、减轻脑水肿从而防止脑细胞凋亡的较为重要的机制。Objective:To investigate the immudogic metabolism of Didang Oral Solution (抵 当 口 服 液 ),Zhenganxifeng Decoction (镇 肝 息 风 汤 ) and Xinglouchengqi Decoction (星 蒌 承 气 汤 ) on the treatment of ICH. Methods:The fresh quantitative autologous blood was infused into the right caudate nucleus of rat sterotaxically to build up experiment.72 rats with ICH were divided into 4 groups.one group were cured with Didang Oral Solution,one with Zhenganxifeng Decoction,one with Xinglouchengqi Decoction.Rats in the model group and in the control group were cured with Saline.24,48,72h after operation,the rats were sacrificed and the brain tissues were made for immunohisto chemistry analysis of Tf and Tf- R.Results:Compared with the control group,the expressions of Tf and Tf- R in the model group were increased. Compard with the model group,the expressions of Tf and Tf- R in drug groups were increased after operation. The expressions of Tf in Didang Oral Solution group were increased at 48,72h after operation,the expressions of Tf- R in durg groups were increased at 48,72h after operation.Conclusion:The study supports the hypothesis that the expression of Tf/Tf- R with Didang Oral Solution might be the mainly metabolism of alleviate inflaonmation and encephale dema.
