摘　　要：采用转杯纺纱机纺制Lyocell 36.9 tex纱,介绍了前纺工序采取的工艺原则,对转杯纺纺杯直径、纺杯速度、分梳辊速度及捻系数等工艺参数的配置进行了纺纱试验,通过合理配置工艺参数和转杯纺纱元件,保证了Lyocell转杯纱的顺利纺制及成纱质量的提高。Lyocell 36.9 tex was spinning in rotor spinning frame, processing principle of fore-spinning was introduced. Configuration of processing parameters such as rotor diameter, rotor speed, combing roller speed, twist factor and so on were tested. Processing parameters and rotor spinning element were configured reasonably to assure Lyocell rotor spun yarn quality.
