根据季节变化调整浆纱工艺的体会

摘　　要：季节交替引起温度、相对湿度的变化，从而对车间温湿度产生影响。为棉保证涤细号高密品种浆纱质量，针对一年当中几个特殊时期——高温高湿期、低温高湿期及高温与低温之间的过渡期调整浆纱工艺：主浆料PVA的用量浮动4kg，上浆率浮动1％-2％，浆纱回潮率浮动0．5％-1．0％，针对G142C型浆纱机压浆力低、车速低的情况配以中粘度型浆液进行上浆，使浆液浸透与被覆取得较好效果。Season transfer can change temperature and relative moisture, so it is influence on workshop moisture temperature. To guarantee the sizing quality of polyester cotton fine count high density variety, sizing processing such as the dosage of main size mixture fluctuate 4 kg, sizing percentage fluctuate 1% -2% , sizing moisture regain fluctuates 0.5% - 1.0% was adjusted for the special time in a year. The special times are high temperature ＆ high moisture time, low temperature ＆ high moisture time and interim of high temperature time and low temperature time. According to the low squeezing pressure and low speed of G142C sizing machine, middle viscosity size was chosen to get better imbue effect and better cover effect.
