摘 要:冠心病的临床诊断中,由于其他血管的重叠和透视投影成像导致血管长度缩短,致使基于造影图像的定量分析不能获得精确的测量结果.在冠状动脉树三维重建的基础上,研究了冠状动脉树感兴趣血管段最佳造影角度的计算方法,即通过使血管投影缩短百分比和遮盖百分比最小化来获得最佳造影角度,并且通过对血管段长度和血管分支夹角分别进行基于造影图像和基于最佳造影角度下的定量分析,来比较验证该方法的正确性.基于造影图像的血管段长度和分支夹角的定量分析的平均误差是-3.250 0 mm和-7.955 0°,标准偏差是6.278 3 mm和 5.829 6°.基于最佳造影角度下的血管段长度和分支夹角的定量分析的平均误差是-1.750 0 mm和-0.335 0°,标准偏差是0.866 0 mm和2.438 1°.实验结果表明,最佳造影角度下的定量分析能够有效地提高临床医学参数的测量精度,用于指导介入性治疗.Due to vessel overlapping and foreshortening, quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) based on 2D projections can not obtain the accurate QCA results during clinic diagnosis. In this paper, a method is proposed to calculate the optimal angiographic viewing angles of segment of interest based on 3D reconstruction of coronary arterial tree. The optimal angiographic viewing angles are obtained by minimizing vessel overlapping and foreshortening. The method's accuracy has been validated by comparing the QCA results of vessel lengths and branch angles based on projections and the optimal angiographic viewing angles respectively. The average error of vessel lengths and branch angles based on projections is - 3. 250 0 mm and - 7. 955 0° respectively, the standard deviation is 6.278 3 mm and 5. 829 6° respectively, while the results based on the optimal angiographic viewing angles are -1. 750 0 mm and -0.335 0°, 0.866 0 mm and 2. 438 1° respectively. The experimental results show that QCA based on the optimal angiographic viewing angles can enhance measuring accuracy effectively, and can be utilized to assist the cardiologists in planning a coronary intervention.
