摘　　要：介绍利用电话网传输数据的原理及方法，针对一个已实现的系统对其功能、体系结构、软件实现等作了描述，证明ＭＯＤＥＭ信息传输也是一个可行的信息传输方法。In this paper, the principle and the method of data transfer using telephone networks are discussed. In connection with a practical system. we designed the architecture and the implementation of its communication system are introduced. It was proved that telephone networks is also a feasible and easy way for data transfer.
