摘　　要：目的探讨护理质量管理在体检中心护理工作中的应用。方法借鉴ISO9001质量管理标准,发挥计算机优势,建立标准化、统一化、网络化体检系统,树立“以人为本”的服务理念,规范质量管理体系。结果体检中心的护理管理达到了科学化、规范化,提高了体检中心护理管理水平及工作效率,提高了体检者的满意率。结论建立适应医学模式转变以及社会经济快速发展的体检中心护理管理体系,是做好体检中心护理工作的可靠保障。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing quality management in the health examination center. Methods Using the standard of ISO9001 for reference and making full use of computer＇s advantages,we established a standard,unified network system of health examination,set up human - centered service concept,and standardized the system of quality management. Results As a result,nursing service in the health examination center achieved to scientific and standardized management,which improved the management level and working efficiency,and increased patients＇ satisfaction. Conclusion It is the most credible guarantee for the nursing service in health examination center to set up a system of nursing quality management,which suitable to the change of medical mode and the fast development of social economy.
