摘  要:本文考虑到人在电力系统分析、控制中的作用,构造了电力系统静态有功、无功安全校正对策的模糊数学模型,在保证系统安全运行的同时,兼顾了系统运行的经济性,并实行了有功、无功校正的完全解耦。本文利用适合于模糊规划的DantzigWolfe分解法进行求解。线性规划中松驰技术的应用使校正对策的产生速度大大加快。Considering the important role that humanexperts play in power system analysis and control,a fuzzymathematical model for active and reactive power correctionstrategy is constructed in this paper. Using this model, theeconomic effect of power system can be improved while theoperational security can be ensured, and the complete decoupling of active and reactive power correction is realized.The Dantzig Wolf e decomposition which is adapts for fuzzyplanning is adopted in optimizing procedure,and the generation of correction strategy is speed up by using the relaxation technique.This proposed algorithm is examined inIEEE 30 node system, the result of test is satisfactory.
