摘　　要：石油炼制催化剂的载体很多是采用成胶法制备合成的,针对成胶过程中重复性差、精度低,操作繁琐的问题,设计制造了一种可完成成胶、老化、过滤和洗涤等过程的催化剂载体制备装置,实现了载体制备的自动化、连续化,满足了实验室的需求。Aiming at the problems of non-repeatability and less accuracy of data and uneasy operation of device, a new carrier preparation equipment is designed for formation of gel, aging of gel, filtration and washing. The automation and continuity of carrier preparation is achieved and it meets the demand of the laboratory application.
