摘　　要：针对目前封隔器检测利用试压泵打压、人工读数、自动化程度低、资料录取客观连续性差、人员劳动强度大、手动调节高压阀门存在严重安全隐患等缺陷,研制了封隔器自动检测装置。该装置通过计算机控制实现自动加温、加压、稳压、泄压等功能。实践证明该装置的研制对于提高封隔器产品检测的自动化程度、准确性、安全性起到了重要作用。At present, packers are detected by hydraulic testing pumps, and the data are acquired manually. Therefore, the degree of automation is low. Moreover, the data recording is not continuous and the manual labor is hard. Due to the problems mentioned above, a kind of new automatic detecting equipment for packers is developed, which can control temperature and pressure, keep pressure and release pressure automatically through computer control. It is proven that this detecting equipment plays an important role in improving the automation, accuracy, and safety for packers′ detection.
