摘　　要：大学要办好优秀运动队,必须注重组队方法.应该从根本上解决问题,走初中选材,初步培训;高中相对集中,组建项目运动队;大学在一定条件下专招入队的路子.只有这样,才能使高水平运动队具有较高的文化素质,真正达到体教结合的目的.To run a excellent sports team, the method of setting up the team is vital. Solving problem in essence must follow the route of choosing the materials in the junior high school, setting up item sports teams in the senior high school, recruiting special students into teams in college. Only have like this, then can make the sports teams that have higher cultural quality, really attain to the combinative purpose of education and physical education.
