摘 要:将纳米SiC应用于电镀非晶Ni—P合金中.以镍电镀液为分散介质,研究了几种典型类型表面活性剂的分散效果。通过沉降实验观察分散体系的悬浮稳定性,利用透射电镜(TEM)及扫描电镜(SEM)分别测定了镀液中SiC颗粒的粒度及粒度分布,以及观察了纳米颗粒在复合镀层表面的分布。实验结果表明,含氟型表面活性剂以及阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺能有效阻止颗粒的团聚;当其含量分别为0.6~0.7g/L及0.7g/L时,获得了稳定悬浮的镀液和颗粒均匀分布的复合镀层。SiC nanoparticle is applicable to Ni-P-SiC amorphous alloy electroplating. The dispersion effects of several typical kinds of surfactants on nickel electroplating bath were studied. The suspending stability of dispersive system was investigated through sedimentation experiment. The size and size distribution of SiC particles in bath and the distribution of SiC particles in composite deposits were tested by TEM and SEM. The results show that the surfactants containing fluorin and polyethyleneimine can effectively prevent particles from agglomerating, and a bath containing stable suspensions and composite deposit with uniformly distributing particles can be obtained as the contents of the surfactants containing fluorin and polyethyleneimine are 0. 6 - 0.7 g/L and 0.7 g/L respectively.
