摘 要:通过正交实验研究了颜填料对太阳热反射涂料性能的影响,获得了最佳太阳热反射涂料配方:33%丙烯酸树脂,35%钛白粉,30%改性纳米粒子,2%氧化锌,0.1%助剂。在模拟实验中,通过与未涂覆涂料和涂覆其它市售涂料的罐体进行比较,用自制的太阳热反射涂料涂覆的罐体,无论是在空箱还是盛放溶剂。其罐内温度均比涂覆其它涂料的低,比未涂覆涂料的最多低6—7℃,且其反射率经检测高达90%,明显高于市售涂料。The influence of pigments and fillings on the performance of solar heat reflective coatings were studied by orthogonal test. The optimal formulae of solar heat reflective coatings was gained as follows: 33% of acrylic acid resin, 35% of titanium pigment, 30% of modified nanoparticle, 2% of zinc oxide and 0. 1% of assistant agent. By comparing the tanks with coatings with that painted with market available coatings, the temperature inside the tank painted with home-made solar heat reflective coating is lower both for empty tank and tank containing solvent. The maximum temperature decrease is 6 -7 ℃ lower than that of the unpainted tank. And its reflectivity is up to 90% by determination, aparently higher than that of the market available coatings.
