摘　　要：应用现代效用理论,建立了基于技术性、经济性和社会性三类指标的房地产开发项目效用决策评价指标集.结合模糊数学和概率论,建立了房地产开发项目效用决策模型.通过实例分析,建立了房地产开发项目效用决策实用评价方法.Applying the modern utility theory, the evaluation index system of utility decision model for real estate development project is presented, which includes three types of technique, index, i.e. economy and society. Combining the fuzzy mathematics and the statistics, the utility decision model of real estate development project is established. Through a case study, the actual evaluation method of utility decision of real estate development project is put forward.
