农村教育、人力资本约束与农民收入的实证分析

摘　　要：建立多元统计回归模型,采用逐步回归法检验人力资本(受教育程度)与农民收入水平提高之间的相关性可发现:随着人力资本积累程度的提高(受教育程度的提高),农民收入水平也随之提高;在城乡二元体制、户籍制度和城乡劳动力市场分割体制被逐渐打破的情况下,流动劳动力的素质低下,难以胜任工作岗位,严重影响农民的收入水平提高(典型的人力资本约束)。The paper sets up a regression model of multivariate statistics and proves the correlation between human capital and the increase of farmers＇ income by the way of stepwise. According to the theoretic analysis and empirical test, the paper draws conclusions as follows： with the rise of the extent of human capital accumulating, farmers＇ income will increase. Meanwhile, with the dualistic institute, household register system and intersected labor force market being broken, the poor quality that cannot fit the work position influences the increase of farmers＇ income.
