摘　　要：人民利益至高无上,是中国共产党的最高宗旨。党的三代领导核心都十分重视人民的利益和人民的作用。毛泽东从中国革命和建设实践中提出“全心全意为人民服务”观点;邓小平在总结历史经验的基础上,一方面继承毛泽东的人民观,另一方面结合我国改革开放以来的伟大实践,提出“三个有利于”思想;江泽民在中国入世的大背景下,与时俱进,提出了“三个代表重要思想。At all times the Party gives top priority to the interests of the people. The three - generation leaders of the Party attached and have attached great importance to the interests and the role of the people. Mao Zedong advanced the viewpoint of ＂serving the people whole - heartedly＂in the practice of the revolution and construction in China. Deng Xiaoping, on the basis of summing up the experience gained since the founding of the PRC, put forward the concept of ＂three favorables＂. And Jiang Zemin, keeping pace with the times against the backdrop of China＇ s accession to the WTO, has formed the important thought of the ＂Three Represents＂.
