摘　　要：将鸭源新城疫（ＮＤ）病毒Ｄ＿（１０）株和减蛋综合征（ＥＤＳ－７６）病毒ＧＣ＿２株于同一鸭胚同时增殖，用甲醛灭活后加入１０号白油制成ＮＤ和ＥＤＳ－７６异源二联灭活疫苗，简化了生产工艺，降低了成本，克服了鸡胚苗潜伏带毒的危险。经２０余万只鸡试用，表明该疫苗可有效预防ＮＤ和ＤＥＳ－７６。The present paper reported the procedures for preparing the heteroge-neous inactivated bivalent vaccine of Newcastle disease and egg drop syndrome-76.Boththe naturally occurring attenuated strains of Newcastle disease virus from duck (NDV-D10)and virus strain of egg drop syndrome-76(EDS-76 GC2)were inoctilated simulta-neously into the embryonating duck eggs and allow them to propagate there in.Thenthe chorioallantoises and allantoic fluids were havested.Grind and mix these pathologi-cal materials and inactivate the virus mixture with formaldehyde.Add No.10 mineral oilas adjuvant.The vaccine prepared has some advantages,namely, it may simplify thepreparation procedure,reduce the cost and eliminate the potential risks of carrying someviruses for chickens.The vaccine had been applied to more than 200 000 layers anddemonstrated that it could effectively prevent both ND and EDS-76.
