线性扫描极谱法测定盐酸氯胺酮

摘　　要：报道了盐酸氯胺酮的纬性扫描极谱法测定．在Britton-Ro其binson（B-R）（pH2．21）中，盐酸氟胺酮于-1．45V（vs．SCE）左右有一灵敏的极谱还原峰，峰电流与盐酸氯胺酮的浓度在4．0×10^-7～2．0×10^-5mol／L范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9987，n=9），检出限为1.33×10^-7mol／L．已用于注射液中盐酸氮胺酮的测定，结果良好．Ketamine hydrochloride shows a second-order derivative reduction peak with peak potential of -1.45V （vs. SCE） by linear sweep polarography using B-R（pH2.21）buffer as base solution. The peak current （ip＂） is proportional to the concentration in the range from 4. 0×10^-7 to 2. 0×10^-5 mol/L（r= 0. 998 7, n= 9）. The detection limit is 1.33×10^-7 mol/L. It can be employed for the determination of Ketamine hydrochloride in its injection with satisfaction.
